Oh gosh there's so many ways! lol. I mostly play around with the selective coloring (I use Photoshop 7 by the way). If their faces are too orange, I'd adjust the magenta, yellow, and red levels for the color red and maybe the color yellow (sorry if this sounds confusing, its kind of hard to explain without pictures). A lot of times I duplicate the layer and set the new layer to screen. That sometimes helps.
